How does it work?

Step 1
Discovery

Contact me to set up a discovery call. We will discuss your business and design needs. Then, I will review the process and pricing.

Step 2
Kick-Off

Once you approve the quote. We will have a 30 minute kick-off call. You will be asked to provide your content and images.

You will need to purchase the domain + website, then provide me with access.

Step 3
Design

I build a wireframe and design mock up based on the content from our call. This shows the navigation and page design. At this stage you will provide edits and approvals to start the site design. We will also lock in the launch date.

Step 4
Site Buildout

I start to build out your website on your SquareSpace or Wix platforms.

Midway through the buildout, we will have a video call to walk through the design and function. You will also have access to view throughout the process.

Step 5
Proofing & Review

Once I have built out the full site, you will need to proofread the content and provide feedback. This can be through the site or with PDF files.

I will make the edits, and notify you when completed for final review.

Step 6
Site Launch

On the reserved launch date, I will launch the site and spend time proofing the functionality on multiple devices, verify links and forms.

You will also be asked to review the live
site for final edits.

Additional services/fees:

  • Additional web pages cost $250 per page

  • Photo editing, icon designs, charts or graphic elements, copy writing and domain transfers are an additional fee.

  • If I am to purchase images on your behalf, you will be quoted beforehand and it will be added to the invoice.

Website management:

Get web maintenance and graphic services for $100/hour. Available by request or on a monthly basis.
